From the Forest of Dean to Hunts Grove, our sessions are packed with exciting activities, inspiring challenges, and plenty of laughs. This term, you can look forward to everything from energetic team sports and creative movement sessions to relaxing mindfulness and wellness workshops.

Sessions for little ones

A whirlwind of fun for toddlers and their grown-ups! These sessions focus on movement, play, and curiosity, helping children build confidence, coordination, and big smiles.

Adult Yoga & Pilates

Gentle and supportive movement for adults, combining yoga and Pilates to improve flexibility, core strength, and mindfulness. Feel energised, restored, and ready for the week ahead.

Restore and Rebalance Pilates
